STAGE 4
Equipment
Personalized approximate calculation of the cost of filling the premises.
This calculation includes all furniture, equipment and finishing materials (heating appliances, plumbing, lighting, electrical fittings, household appliances, wallpaper, tiles, paint, decorative plaster, floor coverings, etc.).
Sending requests to the specified persons to receive no more than 2 commercial offers containing information on the cost and delivery times of components.
Selection of furniture and finishing materials in our comfortable office in the 1st district of Vienna.
STAGE 5
The cost of support is calculated depending on the amount of construction work and the volume of the project.
Turnkey all-in project support
▪ Consultations and monitoring of compliance with interior design solutions
▪ Regular visits by the author of the design project to the site (4-5 times a month)
▪ Consultation of the construction team on drawings
▪ Making adjustments to working drawings and sketches (which may arise during the execution of the project)
▪ Negotiating with suppliers if necessary
STAGE 6
Project implementation management
▪ Author's supervision: control over the implementation of the design project with verification of compliance of the completed work with the documentation in accordance with the contract.
▪ Interaction with the management company: resolving all issues related to implementation on the territory of the facility.
▪ Drawing up a work schedule: to ensure timely involvement of contractors and prevent downtime during project implementation.
▪ Search for contractors: selection of specialists, request for at least two commercial proposals, interaction with selected contractors.
▪ Coordination of project participants
▪ Construction control: daily contact with the foreman, weekly reports to the customer.
▪ Acceptance of furniture, equipment and materials
▪ Organization of final cleaning
